Self-paced learning is a style of instruction where learners progress through the material at their own speed and on their own schedule. It allows individuals to control the timing, speed, and progression of their learning journey.

Dr. Cathy Chargualaf
Dr. Cathy Chargualaf has her Ph.D. in Metaphysical Humanistic Science, Summa Cum Laude, specializing in Spiritual Counseling and Transpersonal Coaching. She provides complementary & alternative therapies and training, that help you find and connect to your well-being. She includes multiple modalities and metaphysical approaches, such as HeartMath® methods and techniques, Stress Management, Biofeedback, Guided Imagery, Relaxation Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Bioenergy Therapy.
Her experience in the community ranges from California State Certified Counselor for the Orange County Sexual Assault Network, Certified Rape Hot Line Counselor for Anaheim’s Community Services Program, HeartMath Trauma Sensitive Care Practitioner, Counselor for the Youth Leadership Program for the Hugh O'Brian Youth Foundation, Member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, and American Holistic Health Association.
Dr. Chargualaf combines over two decades of experience and compassion of accelerated human performance expertise and transformational change management. Her training program empowers individuals and organizations to lead meaningful change.
